What materials do you use?
We use eco-friendly, kid-safe inks that are water-based and non-toxic. The design is printed directly into the fabric, resulting in a high-quality print that is bright, colorful, and soft to the touch.
How do I choose the right size?
Most customers say our shirts run true to size, but we always recommend checking the size chart in the listing photos. The best way to find the right fit is to compare the chart measurements with one of your child’s favorite shirts. If you’re unsure, we suggest sizing up for a little extra room to grow. Please reach out with any sizing questions, we’re happy to help!
How should I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out with mild detergent on a delicate cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
How long does it take to process my order?
Each item is made to order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
• All U.S. orders include free USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days).
• Priority Mail upgrade available (1–3 business days).
• You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
• Please note: USPS delays are outside of our control. If you experience issues, we recommend contacting your local post office.
Can I get my order by a specific date?
If you need your order for a special occasion, please order early to allow for both processing and shipping. Upgrading to Priority Mail can help speed up delivery once your order ships, but it does not shorten the 1–3 business day processing time. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchasing, we’ll do our best to help.
Can I order without personalization?
Yes! Just write “no personalization” in the personalization box at checkout, and we’ll make your item without a name.
Do you send order previews before printing?
To keep processing times fast, we don’t send design previews. If you have a very specific request, please message us before ordering so we can confirm details.
What is your return policy?
Because most items are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued if a mistake is made on our part. Please double-check spelling, sizing, dates, and color choices before placing your order. If something is wrong with your order, let us know, we’ll fix it right away!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
