1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Personalized/custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity. If that’s the case, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

USPS First Class Mail (default): Typically delivers within 3–5 business days after processing.

USPS Priority Mail (upgrade): Typically delivers within 2–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

BabyBumbleTees is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed to USPS, it is outside of our control.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

We’ll do everything we can to assist, but USPS is the final authority on delivery issues.
6. International Orders

International shipping times vary by destination and carrier, typically 7–21 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Please allow for extra processing and shipping time during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Black Friday.
