Return & Refund Policy – BabyBumbleTees
At BabyBumbleTees, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as it differs for personalized items and non-personalized items.
1. Personalized / Custom Items
Because personalized items are made uniquely for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Refunds or replacements are only offered if there has been an error on our part (misspelling, incorrect design, wrong size sent, etc.).
- Please double-check sizes, names, dates, and color choices before placing your order.
- If there is any issue with your order, contact us at info@babybumbletees.com within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
2. Non-Personalized Items
We gladly accept returns for eligible non-personalized items.
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at info@babybumbletees.com with your order details. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for banks or credit card companies to process refunds.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@babybumbletees.com.
7. European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return non-personalized items for any reason. Personalized/custom products are excluded.
